From the very outset of my career as a tape runner, through to edit assistant, staff editor, and then fully fledged freelancer, I’ve always maintained due diligence & the highest standards when delivering my work to the client. I take pride in my work.

As an editor, this starts from Day 1.

My project, bins, sequences and timelines are organised.

My rule of thumb: If another editor takes over my edit, or an assistant looks for a specific cut, there is no confusion. This honed discipline also correlates to meeting tight schedules when the pressure is on and thus results in a superior cut.

Whilst I mostly work as an Offline editor, I always make sure my cuts are appropriately sound mixed for exec/commissioner viewings.

If required I can also grade & Online in Avid, Premiere & DaVinci Resolve.

I’m more than comfortable seeing an edit from start to finish, cutting stories for another edit, stitching, or finishing.
